When you complete the early-access form we store your first name and email address, and any optional details you add: mobile number, city, country and age range.

We also store your answers about which products interest you, what matters most to you in skincare, your level of interest, whether you would like to be considered for early product trials, and any message you write to us.

Alongside this we record basic visit information such as the page you arrived from and any campaign reference in the link you followed, so we understand where interest is coming from.

We use your details to contact you about Zarvin's launch, to invite you to early access and product trials where relevant, and to understand which products people are most interested in.

We only send marketing messages if you asked us to. You can unsubscribe at any time, and every email includes a way to do so.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that host our website, store our data and send our emails, and only so they can perform those services for us.

Registrations are submitted through our website's secure server and stored privately. Access is limited to the people working on Zarvin's launch.

We keep your details while we are preparing and communicating about the launch, and remove them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to.

You may ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Write to us and we will action your request.
